This easy-to-install radar is capable of excellent sensitivity and consistent target positioning, making it perfect for cruising and fishing offshore, overnight and in foggy, limited- or no-visibility conditions. Plus, there are no complex settings, so you can just install it and go.
The powerful radar has a range scale of up to 72 nautical miles, even in fog or rain. The narrow 1.1-degree horizontal beamwidth picks out targets in the distance and paints a clear image of the shoreline, other vessels and impending weather on your Garmin chartplotter.
Eight-bit true color imagery helps you distinguish large targets from small ones and enhances target separation.
Increases the duration of the transmit pulse for maximum energy on targets and larger target size on your chartplotter.
Auto Bird Gain
Helps locate birds at the water’s surface where baitfish are also likely to be found.
Shows a historical “trail” on the screen to help you quickly and easily identify moving targets and potential collision threats.
Single radar antenna provides close- and long-range split-screen images on your chartplotter.
Dual Radar Support
Provides redundancy and lets you display data from one of two different radar sources on multiple units.
Dynamic Auto Gain
Automatically adjusts gain levels to optimum settings for harbors, near shore and offshore in open waters.
Dynamic Sea Filter
Automatically adjusts gain to calm, medium and rough sea conditions.
Overlays the radar image on the chartplotter map page.
Mini-automatic Radar Plotting Aid
Tracks up to 10 selected targets, to help track other vessels and avoid collisions.
Set the safety zone, and receive an alarm when an object enters the zone.
Variable Range Markers and Electronic Bearing Lines
Allow rapid measurements of distance and bearing to vessels and land.
Vertical Range Scaling
Fits selected radar range to the vertical size of your display to show more forward-looking radar returns on screen and make it easier to interpret target distances.
Dual Range with Overlay
Single radar antenna provides close- and long-range split-screen images on your chartplotter with independent settings and controls for each. Ranges can be viewed as chart overlays.
